This is why I don't want to upload anything else on YouTube

All my Allu Arjun videos have been taken down from YouTube

There was a time when all I did was rip song videos from movies with English subtitles and upload on YouTube. It was a great way to share with others. Many Bollywood song videos are uploaded on YouTube. However, not many are uploaded with English subtitles. So I thought, why don't I upload them on there. So I taught myself, got the software, and took time to do so.

It was a hit. I had over 500 videos from Bollywood songs on there. Then I decided, why don't I upload a few Telugu songs on there. Why not? Gotta show everyone my love for Allu Arjun.

I am so in love with this picture of Bunny

Then my account got suspended. It was copyright infringement. Very disappointing indeed. I mean, it's not like I upload the whole freaking movie. To me, it's like free publicity - me promoting their movie for them!!

And now I get another notice, now Tollywood is hitting me on my Bunny uploads.

Dear Member:

This is to notify you that we have removed or disabled access to the following material as a result of a third-party notification by ObjectOne Information Systems Limited claiming that this material is infringing:

Please Note: Repeat incidents of copyright infringement will result in the deletion of your account and all videos uploaded to that account. In order to prevent this from happening, please delete any videos to which you do not own the rights, and refrain from uploading additional videos that infringe on the copyrights of others. For more information about YouTube's copyright policy, please read the Copyright Tips guide.

If you elect to send us a counter notice, please go to our Help Center to access the instructions.

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the Copyright Act, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification may be subject to liability.

Sincerely,
YouTube, Inc.

Sorry for the lack of updates lately. I promise to have another review soon. School's kicking my a$$ this quarter, or maybe I'm just lazier.

O that really sucks! I wonder why they have such problems with songs. Its really upsetting when songs you like on youtube suddenly disappear never to reappear. And thats just the viewer's point. Must be worse for the person posting.

I always say that I understand why they'd bitch about full movies, but bitching about fan trailers and songs? It's PUBLICITY! I've made blind purchases based solely on songs posted on YouTube!

bollyviewer - Yes, I'm very disappointed in the whole process. I just don't understand why songs can't be on YouTube. I don't know why the distributors have a problem with it.

anonymous - I had many usernames actually. Here are a few of my usernames....some are suspended already while others are still on there....

shweta - I know! I can't really blame YouTube. I mean, they had to get a notice from someone about it.

The Bolly List - That's what I think too. Some people look at the songs on YouTube and say, "wow! I like that. Lemme go get the movie." Urgh!!!!

Yeah, film-makers need to catch up with the 21st century. Hello, it's called viral! It's the newest/best way to get your film marketed for free! So behind the times, it's ridiculous. I hate that your account's been suspended, it's dumb. :-(

Oh gosh, yeah ajnabi. I even tried uploading at Dailymotion and Veoh but I gave up.

Wow! How disappointing and you're right, it's free publicity, so really their loss.
All the best!
